Personal profile

Personal information

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Law (full-time study regime). My research focuses on collective action, in which corruption is framed as a social trap. Using game theory, I analyze how certain legal mechanisms can foster collective action (private sector). In 2019, I co-founded NOVA Compliance Lab, an NSL knowledge center dedicated to studying anti-corruption compliance. I have participated in several national and international conferences and authored articles related to my research areas. I am an experienced lawyer with more than 17 years of legal counseling and litigation expertise for both national and international clients in different areas of law, spanning corporate, regulatory (energy and telecommunication sectors), and administrative misconduct. I am effective in public speaking and have excellent communication skills. I have a strong awareness of cultural differences and feel comfortable in various environments. My academic and professional background has prepared me to deal with complex legal matters, adapting with ease to different situations.
