Personal information
Ana Luísa Azevedo is a PhD Research Fellow in “Communication Sciences – Cinema and Television” at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa – FCSH/UNL (Portugal). She is a member of the Visual Studies and Media Archaeology Observatorium (EVAM) of ICNOVA and of SOPCOM's Young Researchers Working Group.
In 2013, she graduated in "Communication Sciences" at FCSH/UNL, with a dissertation on performativity and self-reflexivity in contemporary documentary film.
Furthermore, she co-organized the short course “Photography Basics” at FCSH/UNL and attended, as a participant, in several international events.
