Alexandra M. Dias is Assistant Professor at the Department of Political Studies of NOVA University of Lisbon (NOVA/FCSH) and a Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI-NOVA). Dias is a founding member of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network (MWMN). Dias main research interests are on Africa's security landscape. She is a British Chevening Scholarship Alumnus.
