Portuguese representative of a network of legal and academic experts in the 27 EU Member States and in the United Kingdom, that undertook a study on the interaction between EU trade commitments (GATS and bilateral agreements) and immigration rules in the EU Member States (and in the UK) in view of identifying potential inconsistencies and regulatory gaps.
