Activity: MembershipMembership of network/project

Description

Monitoring the implementation of Directive 2004/38 at the national level is one of the priorities of CIMIS as we believe that knowledge about the content and application of EU rights is key to ensuring that rights are known, used and accepted properly by officials. During the project, we will analyse the implementation of Directive 2004/38 in 10 Member States in relation to 3 key areas: family reunion, social rights and residence rights for EU citizens and their family members.
