Meeting were was decided to promote, between the end of 2021 and 2022, three linked events in Lisbon, Macau and Goa, commemorating the bicentenary of the birth of periodical press in Goa and Macau, dedicated to the theme "Liberalism and Colonial Periodical Press". This is a joint initiative of the project Orion and IGSCP-PE.
