During this course, students will increase their knowledge about the critical areas of project management, methodologies and management tools, technical and behavioural skills that the project manager must mobilize to reach the end of a project successfully. This course is intended for PhD students at NOVA University and PhD holders working at NOVA (Professors, researchers,…), students from partner universities and external students.
