Description
The Covid-19 crisis has shaken the world in many ways. ‘Zoom energy’ has been devoted to debating its implications in a variety of areas, including the economy, labour, migration, family and social relations. Yet the existing debates have only scarcely touched upon education and research. This Webinar will address the implications of Covid-19 in a very specific area: migration clinical legal education and research. Presenters will share and discuss their own experiences in three different countries: Portugal, Italy and France. How did migration clinical legal education and research change with the pandemic? How were the new challenges addressed and what conclusions do we draw from this? The Webinar will address not only issues related to the digitalization of many clinical activities but also – and especially – the changing migration context in Europe and the ways in which legal clinics coped with it.Period | 3 Jun 2021 |
