Promoted by Rosa Maria Perez, the workshop aimed at debating ongoing researches about Goa in Social Sciences and Humanities, by researchers linked with the international project Pensando Goa=Thinking Goa, which have in common the aim of abandoning stereotypical approaches to Goa, centred in the Portuguese colonial heritage and memory, that have immobilized it in time, withdrawing it dynamism and mechanisms of transformation.
