Activity: MembershipMembership of network/project

Description

International network created in January 2016, initiated by me with Adelaide Vieira Machado and Cátia Miriam Costa. Aims at affirming "colonial periodical press" as a field of studies departing from the case of the Portuguese Empire. It is an international network of researchers, academic research groups and centres, libraries & archives viewing to articulate internationally and collaborativelly research and presentation of achivements, preservation, digitalization, creation of databasis and open access politics. I have been coordinating its organizing committee. We are investing in the creation of local branches, of which two are already active in Goa and Mozambique.
