Hans Otte : Sound of Sounds was a festival dedicated to the work of the German artist and composer Hans Otte (1926 - 2007), held from October 2021 to April 2022 in four Portuguese cities: Lisbon, Évora, Guimarães and Viseu. Curated by Ingo Ahmels and the pianist Joana Gama, the festival consisted of exhibitions, concerts, conferences and the world premiere of the musical theatre play J-CHOES, J'ai faim, dedicated to the composers John Cage, Hans Otte and Erik Satie, featuring the pianist Margaret Leng Tan.| Period | 21 Oct 2021 → 11 Apr 2022 |
