Deep learning and big data are wide-spreading across various industries to enhance production efficiency. However, in the biomanufacturing sector the development of big data infrastructure is lagging compared to other industries. To address this, a promising strategy involves integrating deep neural networks (DNN) with prior knowledge in hybrid neural networks (HNN), which are less reliant on the quality and quantity of data.
