I am serving as a consultant for the FCT-funded project KNOWAFRICA: "KNOWledge networks in 19th century AFRICA: A Digital Humanities approach to colonial encounters and local knowledge in the narratives of Portuguese expeditions (1853-1888)" (ref: 2022.01599.PTDC). I engage in periodic meetings, workshops, and group discussions to review the research strategies of the project.
