Series of workshops plus an installation that took place during the year in which the centenary of Eugénio de Andrade’s birth was celebrated. These workshops were recording sessions with “communities” in Fundão, using and playing with Eugénio de Andrade’s poems, where the sounds and meaning of the words were stretched to their limits. In the final steps of the project, these recordings were transformed and incorporated in an installation, in which these soundscapes are revealed when the public activates a set of “sound sculptures”.
